| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中医治疗老年膝骨关节炎的疗效。方法：77例老年膝骨关节炎患者分两组，对照组采用常规治疗，实验组采用中医综合治疗，对比疗效。结果：实验组治疗效果优于对照组，P<0.05。结论：采用中医手法、外敷内服治疗老年性膝骨关节炎的疗效好。

Clinical efficacy on treating senile knee osteoarthritis by the practices plus TCM |

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the efficacy of TCM treatment of senile knee osteoarthritis. Methods： 77 elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis were divided into two groups, the control group with conventional therapy, the experimental group using the comprehensive treatment of TCM, comparative efficacy. Results： The therapeutic effect of the experimental group than the control group （P0.05）. Conclusion： TCM practices, topical oral treatment of senile knee osteoarthritis efficacy. |
