血塞通软胶囊治疗高血压性视网膜病的疗效观察

目的：观察血塞通软胶囊治疗高血压性视网膜病的临床疗效。方法：将66例132眼高血压性视网膜病患者按照就诊顺序分为治疗组33例（58眼）和对照组33例（61眼），两组均给予降血压药物口服，治疗组加用血塞通软胶囊口服，2粒/次，2次/d。对照组加用阿司匹林肠溶片口服，1粒/次，1次/d。连用6周。观察两组治疗前后的血压、眼底变化和视力变化。结果：治疗组对视网膜病变有显著疗效，能减少出血，提高视力，总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义。两组在治疗后血压均较治疗前下降（P<0.05），治疗组血压控制更好，基本上收缩压保持在140mmHg以内，舒张压保持在90mmHg以内。结论：血塞通软胶囊疗效显著，无不良反应，且有一定的协同降压作用，是一种较好的治疗高血压性视网膜病的药物。

Clinical observation on treating hypertensive retinopathy with the Xue Sai Tong capsule

Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of treatment of hypertensive retinopathy with the Xue Sai Tong capsule. Methods 66 cases of 132 patients with hypertensive retinopathy divided into treatment group of 33 cases （58） and a control group of 33 cases （61 cases）, two groups were given oral antihypertensive medicine treatment group were treated with the Xue Sai Tong capsule orally, every 2, 2 times daily. The control group were treated with oral aspirin enteric-coated tablets, each one, day 1. Once every six weeks. Before and after treatment were observed in blood pressure, retinal changes and visual changes. Results： Retinopathy in the treatment group had a significant effect, can reduce bleeding, improve vision, the total effective rate was significantly higher, the difference was statistically significant. Blood pressure in both groups after treatment than before treatment decreased （P〈0.05）, better blood pressure control in treatment group, systolic blood pressure remained at substantially less than 140mmHg, diastolic blood pressure remained at 90mmHg or less. Conclusion： The Xue Sai Tong capsules has a significant effect, no adverse reactions, and is a synergistic antihypertensive effect, is a better treatment of hypertensive retinopathy medicine.
