浅谈湿热证之“稀释引流法”及生活调摄

伴随着湿热体质理论的诞生、湿热证的辨证论治，“湿热”一词以成为当前社会的高频词汇。笔者就湿热证（湿热体质）的症状、体征，发病因素，生活调摄等方面予以归纳总结，并在诸多医家前贤理论基础上，结合自己临床经验，提出自己创立的湿热证之“稀释引流法”，以供交流。

The term ＂damp heat＂ became the high-frequency vocabulary in the current social, along with the theory of damp heat birth and the syndrome differentiation of damp-heat. The damp-heat （body heat） symptoms, signs, risk factors, life conditioning of damp-heat were summarized in this article. And the writer put forward the diluting drainage method founded by himself of damp-heat syndrome for exchange, based on many physicians worthies theory and combined with the clinical experience himself.
