胸腔化疗配合中药治疗肺癌患者胸腔积液的临床效果

目的：分析胸腔化疗配合中药治疗肺癌患者胸腔积液的临床效果。方法：选取2009年3月～2012年5月间入我院进行治疗的肺癌患者180例为研究对象，随机分为对照组和研究组。两组实施同样胸腔引流和化疗，研究组加用中药外敷，对比治疗效果、生活质量和不良反应。结果：研究组患者胸腔积液恶化情况明显得到控制，与对照组相比，总有效率分别为80%、50%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。研究组患者生活质量改善情况明显较好，在并发症和不良反应方面，以骨髓抑制、恶心呕吐、中性粒细胞减少和肝肾功能损害为主，差异无统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：胸腔化疗联合中药治疗肺癌患者胸腔积液临床应用效果好，可广泛推广使用。

Clinical effect on treating pleural fluid of patients with lung cancer by pleural chemotherapy combined with TCM

Objective： To analysis the clinical effect on treating pleural fluid of patients with lung cancer by pleural chemotherapy combined with TCM. Methods： 180 cases from 2009 March to 2012 May in our hospital for treatment of patients with lung cancer, 180 cases were randomly divided into control group and study group. Two groups of implementation of the same drainage and chemotherapy, the study group was treated by external application of Chinese medicine, comparing the therapeutic effect, quality of life and adverse reaction. Results： Patients in the study group of pleural effusion was controlled deterioration, compared with the control group, the total effective rate were 80%, 50%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Patients in the study group was significantly better in the improvement of the quality of life, the main of complications and adverse reaction was bone marrow suppression, nausea, neutropenia, and liver and kidney damage, there was no statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating pleural fluid of patients with lung cancer by pleural chemotherapy combined with TCM had a good effect, could be widely applied.
