中药内服结合针灸治疗骨质疏松症的临床研究

目的：探讨左归丸和独活寄生汤加减结合针灸治疗骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法：从本院门诊招募120例患者，随机分为观察组和对照组各60例，观察组采用左归丸和独活寄生汤加减结合针灸治疗，对照组口服钙尔奇D片和阿法骨化醇片治疗，治疗3个月后观察治疗前后中医症候评分及临床疗效。结果：两组治疗后中医症候评分比治疗前显著改善，均取到一定的疗效，中医症候评分观察组优于对照组（P<0.01）。结论：左归丸和独活寄生汤加减结合针灸治疗骨质疏松症为临床一有效治疗方法，值得推广。

Clinical effect on treating osteoporosis by oral TCM medicines plus acupuncture

Objective： To explore clinical effects of modified Zuogui pills and Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with acupuncture on treating the osteoporosis. Methods： 120 patients from our hospital were randomly divided into 2 groups, 60 for each; the observation group was given the modified Zuogui pills and Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with acupuncture, while the control group was given the oral caltrate D tablets and alfacalcidol tablets therapy, comparing clinical results after 3 months. Results： The TCM syndrome score after treatment is improved in both two groups, and the observation group is higher （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The modified Zuogui pills and Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with acupuncturek was effective in treating the osteoporosis, worthy of a wide application.
