观察中药治疗冠心病快速房颤的临床疗效及用药安全性

目的：观察中药治疗冠心病快速房的疗效以及对其安全性作出评价。方法：选取冠心病快速房颤患者60例，分为对照组与观察组，每组人数均等。对照组患者使用常规方法进行治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上配以中药治疗，治疗1周后确定治疗效果。在治疗前以及治疗后的3d、7d进行心电图的检查。结果：观察组患者与对照组在临床症候、心电图以及动态心电图的改善方面相比较，观察组有显著的改善效果。结论：在常规治疗的基础上辅以中药治疗冠心病合并快速房颤具有良好的疗效，值得在临床中推广使用。

Clinical efficacy and safety of TCM in treating coronary heart disease rapid atrial fibrillation

Objective： To observe the curative effect of TCM medicine treatment of coronary heart disease （CHD） rapid atrial fibrillation and evaluate its safety. Methods： 60 patients with rapid atrial fibrillation were equally divided into control group and observation group. Control group was given conventional methods. On the basis of the control group, the observation group was treated with TCM treatment. The effect were recorded after treatment for a week. Before and after treatment in the treatment of three days and seven days, patients accepted electrocardiogram （ecg） examination. Results： To compare the clinical symptoms, electrocardiogram （ecg） and dynamic ecg improvement of the two groups, the observation group significantly improved. Conclusion： Conventional treatment with Chinese medicine treatment has a good curative effect on treating coronary heart disease （CHD） combined with rapid atrial fibrillation, is worthy of clinical application.
