健脾化痰加温灸中脘治疗稳定期肺脾气虚型COPD患者疗效观察

目的：观察分析健脾化痰加温灸中脘治疗轻、中度稳定期肺脾气虚型COPD患者的临床疗效。方法：选取2010年7月～2012年12月来我院就诊的36例轻、中度稳定期肺脾气虚型COPD患者，随机平分为对照组和实验组，18例对照组采用西医基础治疗，18例实验组则在对照组的基础上加用健脾化痰方和温灸中脘治疗，观察比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果：实验组患者治疗总有效率为88.9%，对照组患者治疗有效率为72.2%（P<0.05）。结论：健脾化痰加温灸中脘治疗轻、中度稳定期肺脾气虚型COPD患者临床疗效较为理想，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation on treating stable period COPD of lung spleen deficiency type

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of the Jianpi Huatan plus Zhongwan warm moxibustion on treating lung spleen deficiency type COPD of stable period. Methods： Form July 2010 to December 2012, 36 cases in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 18 cases of control group with modem medicine foundation treatment, 18 cases is on the basis of the control group and experimental group with the Jianpi Huatan plus Zhongwan warm moxibustion treatment. To observe and compare the clinical effect of the two groups. Results： The total efficiency of the experimental group was 88.9%, the control group was 72.2%, P〈0.05. Conclusion： The clinical curative effect of Jianpi Huatan plus Zhongwan warm moxibustion on treating lung spleen deficiency type patients with COPD is more ideal, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
