中药保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎近期临床疗效观察

目的：探讨中药保留灌肠在慢性盆腔炎患者中的临床治疗效果。方法：选取我院收治的慢性盆腔炎患者98例，随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组在非经期给予以中药保留灌肠为主的系统治疗方案，对照组则采用西药治疗方案，并分别对两组患者的近期临床治疗效果和临床症状改善时间进行对比分析。结果：观察组近期的临床显效率和总有效率为48.98%、95.92%，均显著高于对照组的28.57%、73.47%，差别均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组的下腹坠胀消失时间、腰骶部疼痛消失时间、白带常规正常所需时间、盆腔肿块消失时间较对照组均明显缩短，差别均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：中药保留灌肠治疗对于慢性盆腔炎患者近期临床疗效的改善具有十分重要的临床治疗意义，适于推广和应用。

Clinical observation on treating chronic pelvic inflammatory in TCM

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy observation on treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in TCM. Methods： 98 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group was given herbal enema therapy, while the control group was given modem medicine, comparing the difference of clinical efficacy and clinical improvement time. Results： The clinical significantly rate and the total effective rate were respectively 48.98%, 95.92% in the observation group, while that were 28.57%, 73.47% in the control, with significant difference （P〉0.05）. The time of abdominal bulge disappeared, lumbosacral pain disappeared, normal leucorrhea required and pelvic masses disappeared in the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The clinical efficacy on treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in TCM is significant, worthy of a wide clinical application.
