| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中西医结合治疗肝硬化腹水之临床疗效。方法：回顾分析我院救治之肝硬化腹水患者75例，对照组给予西医药及常规，治疗组在对照组基础上加服中药自拟方。结果：治疗组总有效率86.85%；对照组总有效率为66.67%。治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组，经统计学比较，＊P<0.05，具有对比意义。结论：中西医结合可有效治疗肝硬化腹水，疗效显著。

A clinical analysis on treating 38 cases of cirrhosis ascites in the integrative medicine |

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the clinical effect of the integrative medicine on treating cirrhosis ascites. Methods： Retrospective analysis 75 patients with cirrhosis ascites in our hospital, the control group was given modem medicine and conventional therapy, the treated group was given TCM medicine more. Results： The total efficiency in the treated group was 86.85%, the total efficiency in the control group was 66.67%. The clinical effect of the treated group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant, P〈0.05. Conclusion： The integrative medicine was significantly effective on treating cirrhosis ascites. |
