| 摘 要： | 本文旨在探讨中药炮制对中药药性的影响，通过中药炮制对药物的四气五味、升降浮沉、归经、毒性及配伍的影响，阐述了临床中药使用中改变药性来提高疗效的治疗方法的重要性，中药的炮制而引起药性的变化是复杂的，但只有通过这样的方式才能达到治疗疾病的目的，才能在临床上获得满意的疗效。

| Abstract: | The author discussed the impact of TCM medicines concocting on medicine property, including the impact on Siqi Wuwei, Shengjiang Fuchen, Guijing, toxicity and compatibility. Improve the clinical effect through changing the medicine property. The changes of medicine property resulted from TCM herbs concocting are complex. But only in such a way, can we achieve the purpose of treatment of disease and obtain satisfactory in clinical efficacy. |
