健脾清热化瘀法治疗老年慢性萎缩性胃炎及其胃黏膜病理改变的临床研究

目的：采用健脾清热化瘀法对患有慢性萎缩性胃炎的老年患者进行治疗，在观察治疗疗效的同时探究胃粘膜病理改变因由。方法：对比分析法是将胃复春作为阳性对照药对患者进行治疗与健脾清热化瘀法对患者进行治疗的疗效进行对比观察的方法。本文采用这种方法将我院自2012年1月～2013年1月收治的100例患者进行临床观察与分析，按照随机抽取法将其分为试验组与对照组，其中对照组患者应用胃复春片进行治疗，试验组患者应用健脾清热化瘀法进行治疗，每组患者各50例。结果：无论从病理疗效还是症候疗效分析，试验组患者的治疗疗效均要高于对照组，两组数据具有统计学意义，（P<0.05）。两组在治疗过程中患者病情均未恶化以及出现药物副作用。结论：健脾清热化瘀法能够有效恢复老年慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的胃粘膜腺性形态，提高治疗效果，具有临床应用价值。

Clinical study of Janpi Qingre Huayu therapy on treating elderly patients with chronic atrophic gastritis and pathological changes of gastric mucosa

Objective： To treat the elderly patients with chronic atrophic gastritis by Janpi Qingre Huayu therapy, and to investigate the causes of pathological changes in gastric mucosa. Methods： 100 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were selected in our hospital, they were randomly divided into two groups, the patients in the test group were treated with Jianpiqingrehuayu assay, while in the control group were treated with Weifuchun, 50 patients in each group. Results： To analyze the effect, the treatment effect of experimental group was higher than that of control group. The difference has statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Jianpi Qingre Huayu therapy can effectively restore the morphology of gastric mucosa gland senile chronic atrophic gastritis patients, improve the therapeutic effect, has the value of clinical application.
