| 摘 要： | 目的：研究中西医结合治疗儿童变异型哮喘（CVA）的临床经验。方法：回顾性分析我院2009年10月～2011年10月接诊的患CVA的60例病例。结果：60例病人有36例痊愈（占60％），有22例好转（占36．7％），其余两例无效（占3．3％），有效率为96．67％。结论：正确的诊断再配合中西医结合治疗对CVA疗效显著，病人基本都能够康复，且有良好的预后，但是如果治疗不及时，将带来严重后果。

Clinical research on treating variant asthma in children in integrative medicine |

| Abstract: | Objective： To study the clinical efficacy of the integrated medicine in treating Children＇s variant asthma （CVA）. Methods： 60 patients collected from October 2009 to October 2011 were retrospective analyzed. Results： Of the 60 patients, 36 cases were cured （60%）, 22 cases were improved （36.7%）, the other 2 cases were ineffective （3.3%）. The total effective rate was 96.67%. Conclusion： The integrative medicine had obvious effect on CVA based on correct diagnosis, with a good prognosis. |
