| 摘 要： | 目的:观察针刺配合刺血拔罐治疗肩周炎的临床疗效,探讨其作用机理。方法:符合诊断标准的50例肩周炎患者,予针刺配合刺血拔罐治疗,1次/d,10次为1个疗程,2个疗程后观察疗效。结果:治愈30例,好转19例,未愈1例,总有效率为98.6%。结论:针刺配合刺血拔罐治疗肩周炎有着便捷、安全、临床疗效确切等特点,可在临床上广泛推广运用。

Clinical effect of bloodletting and ventouse on treating 50 cases of scapulohumeral periarthritis |

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the clinical effect and mechanism of bloodletting and ventouse on treating scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods：50 patients were treated with bloodletting and ventouse once a day,10 times in a treatment course.The clinical efficacy was investigated after 2 treatment courses.Results：30 cases were cured,19 cases were improved,and 1 case was uncured.The total effective rate was 98.6%.Conclusion：Bloodletting and ventouse treatment was convenient,safe and effective on treating scapulohumeral periarthritis,worthy a wide clinical application. |
