下斜肌转位术治疗垂直,陡斜视手术前后立体视功能分析

摘    要:目的:比较下斜肌转位术治疗先天性麻痹性斜视原在位垂直性斜视的术前后的立体视功能的变化。方法:采用同视机图片与Titmus立体视图本,对27例先天性的麻痹性斜视,做手术前正前方与代偿头位方位的、远与近距离立体视定性和定量测定。实行手术后。再同样做远与近立体视锐度测定,进行分级对比分析。结果:所有病例术后代偿头位基本消除或改善,视力提高2~5行。立体视从无到有,视锐度从800”~60”逐级提高由周边的体视转变为黄斑体视、以至中心凹体视。结论:先天性麻痹性斜视立体视觉术前正前方可有部分发育,代偿头位方向好于正前方向,经下斜肌完全转位术后,不仅解决了代偿头位、视力问题。而且能使远近立体视均得到不同程度的提高。

Analysis on three-dimensional visual function before and after vertical heterotropia operation by Inferior obliquus version
Abstract:Objective: To investigate the variation of three-dimensional visual fimction before and after vertical heterotropia operation by inferior obliquus version. Methods: 27 patients of congenital paralytic squint were qualitatively and quantitatively detected their distant and near three-dimensional visual acuity between front aspect and compensative aspect before operation by synoptophore picture and Titmus three-dimensional visual function picture. After operation, the distant and near three-dimensional visual acuity were detected and compared. Results: The compensative head aspects of all the patients were eliminated or improved. Sight improved by 2-5 lioes. Three-dimensional visual fi.mction appeared. Visual acuity elevated from 800" to 60". Circumjacent stereopsis turned into limbus luteus retinae stereopsis and even fovea centralis stereopsis. Conclusion: Inferior obliquus version was significantly effective on improving distant near three-dimensional vision.
