温阳通络合剂联合外用止痛合剂治疗痛风缓解期60例临床观察

目的：观察温阳通络合剂、外用止痛合剂治疗痛风缓解期的临床疗效。方法：将120例患者随机分为治疗组60例（口服温阳通络合剂及外用止痛合剂组）和对照组60例（口服温阳通络合剂组）,治疗时间为3个月,观察治疗前后的相关指标,观察两组疗效。结果：治疗组与对照组相关指标与治疗前相比均有显著改善,差异有统计学意义。结论：温阳通络合剂和外用止痛合剂对于痛风缓解期（中医辨证为寒湿痹阻型）患者均有显著的疗效;口服温阳通络合剂联合外用止痛合剂较单纯口服温阳通络合剂在痛风发作关节数量、疼痛持续时间、疼痛程度、显效率等方面改善更为明显。

Clinical observation on treating 60 cases of gout paracmasia with Wenyang Tongluo misture for oral use and Zhitong misture for external use

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Wenyang Tongluo misture for oral use combined with Zhitong misture for external use on gout paracmasia.Methods：120 patients were randomly divided into two groups,60 patients in each group.The control group was given Wenyang Tongluo misture for oral use only,while the treated group was given Zhitong misture for external use more.Results：The indexes in both groups improved significantly after treatment,with significant differences.Conclusion：Wenyang Tongluo misture for oral use combined with Zhitong misture for external use had notable effect on gout paracmasia.
