通冠养心饮治疗冠心病心绞痛临床研究

目的：探讨通冠养心饮治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法：以通冠养心饮治疗冠心病心绞痛52例，并设消心痛治疗50例对照观察。结果：在临床症状改善方面，中药组总有效率为92%。西药组总有效率为90%。两组对比，在缓解症状方面无明显差异（P>0.05）；在心电图改变方面，中药组总有效率为79%，西药组总有效率为50%，中药组优于西药组（P<0.05）。在超声心动图指标的改善方面：在左室收缩功能改善方面，中药组优于西药组，但无统计学意义（P>0.05）；在泵功能改善方面，中药组优于西药组（P<0.05）；在左室舒张功能改善方面，中药组优于西药组（P<0.05）；在高血脂的改善方面，中药组治疗前后有显著改变（P<0.05）。西药组治疗前后无显著改变（P>0.05）。

Clinical research on treating angina pectoris with the Tongguan Yangxin decoction

Objective： To investigate the efficacy of the Tongguan Yangxin decoction in treating angina pectoris. Methods： 52 cases of angina pectoris were treated with the Tongguan Yangxin decoction, while 50 cases were treated with isosorbide dinitrate. Results： Improvement of clinical symptoms, the total efficiency was 92% of the TCM medicine group, while 90% of the modem medicine group. Between two groups, there was no significant differences in relieving the symptoms （P〉0.05）. On ECG changes, the total was 79% of the TCM medicine group, and 50% of the modem medicine group. The efficacy of the TCM medicine group was better （P〈0.05）. Improvement of echocardiographic indices of left ventricular systolic function improvement, the efficacy of TCM medicine was better, but not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. Improvement in pump function, the efficacy of the TCM medicine group was better（P〈0.05）. Improvement in left ventricular diastolic function, the efficacy of the TCM medicine group was better （P〈0.05）; Improvement of high cholesterol, there was a significant change in the TCM medicine group after treatment （P〈0.05）, while modem medicine group did not change significantly （P〉0.05）.
