柴胡止血液对人子宫内膜螺旋动脉内皮细胞结构型一氧化氮合酶的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨柴胡止血液对人子宫螺旋动脉内皮细胞的影响机制。方法:采用显微解剖技术分离出人子宫螺旋动脉,用酶消化法进行分离培养内皮细胞并测定其分泌的结构型一氧化氮合酶(cNOS)的含量。结果:柴胡止血液大、中剂量组分别较自然生长组、消炎痛组和归脾丸组降低了cNOS的含量(P<0.05)。结论:柴胡止血液能够通过降低cNOS的含量来抑制NO的产生,从而减轻对血管舒张的作用,达到治疗置放宫内节育器后导致的异常出血的目的。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the way that Chaihu Zhixueye effects Human Uterus Spiral Artery Endothelial Cells.Methods:The spiral arteries were acquired under the microscope,and the cells were isolated by collagenase and trypsin digestion,then measure constructional Notrigen Oxide Synthase that Endothelial Cells excrete.Results:Compares to naturally growing group and Guipiwan group,the Chaihuzhixueye max dose group and mid dose group have reduce the content of cNOS(P<0.05).Conclusions:The Chaihu Zhixueye can stop bleeding may through the way of reduce the content of cNOS,So as to restrain the production of NO,and alleviate the looseness of vessels,therfore,the abnormal bleeding of uterus with IUD can be cured.
