摘    要:目的初步探讨组织工程化真皮在兔皮肤损伤修复中的作用。方法利用组织工程化真皮移植法进行兔皮肤损伤修复,观察修复过程,比较其修复效果,并进行组织学观察和BrdU免疫组化染色观察。结果实验组修复效果优于空白组,实验组愈合时间为(18.2±3.8)d,空白组为(28±2.3)d。结论猪脱细胞真皮基质材料具有良好的生物相容性和功能性,具有优良的体表创伤修复潜力;构建组织工程化真皮亦是一种有潜力的人体体表创伤修复方法。
