麻桂解表颗粒的退热作用的实验研究

摘    要:目的:观察麻桂解表颗粒的退热作用。方法:用2,4-二硝基苯酚和大肠杆菌内毒素分别制成发热大鼠模型各40只。每种模型分为5组,每组8只,分别给予生理盐水,阿斯匹林和麻桂解表颗粒低、中、高剂量,记录发热大鼠不同时间的体温。结果:麻桂解表颗粒低、中、高剂量均可显著降低发热大鼠模型的体温。结论:麻桂解表颗粒对化学性致热、内毒素致热大鼠均有明显退热作用,随剂量增加,起效时间缩短。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the antipyretic effect of Magui Jiebiao Granule(MJG).Methods:The febrile model rats were induced by 2,4-dinitrophenol(model 1)and coleoceles'endotoxin(model 2).Model 1(n=40)and model 2(n=40)respectively were randomized into five groups(n=8).Then five groups were ig with normal saline,70 mg/kg of aspirin and 1.0 g/kg,2.0 g/kg,4.0 g/kg of MJG.The rats'temperatures were recorded.Results:MJG can decrease the temperature of the febrile rats.Conclusion:MJG has significant antipyretic effect,which relate with the dosage.
