高脂血症合并冠心病心绞痛患者血液高凝状态的观察

目的观察高脂血症合并冠心病心绞痛患者凝血及纤溶系统的改变与血栓形成的关系。方法分别采用双抗体夹心法和高效液相法对28例稳定型心绞痛(SAP)、24例不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)、28例高脂血症、22例高脂血症 SAP,21例高脂血症 UAP患者及20例健康人的血浆血管性假性血友病因子相关抗原(vWF:Ag)、血小板α-颗粒膜蛋白(GMP)-140、D-二聚体(D- Dimer)水平以及尿纤维蛋白肽A(UFPA)进行了检测。结果不同类型的心绞痛、高脂血症及高脂血症 SAP和高脂血症 UAP患者上述指标均发生不同程度的改变,与对照组比较大部分指标存在显著差异。结论心绞痛和高脂血症及高脂血症 SAP和高脂血症 UAP患者体内均有不同程度的血栓形成倾向。

The Observation on Hypercoagulable State of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Hyperlipemia

Objective To explore the relations and mechanisms on hypercoagulatble state of patients with coronary heart disease (angina pectoris) and hyperlipemia. Methods The levels of plasma von Willebrand factor :Ag (vWF:Ag), GMP-140, D-Dimer were determined by double biotin-system ELISA and urine fiberinopeptide A (UKPA) by Ion chromatagraphy in hospitalized patients (20 cases of stable angina pectoris (SAP); 26 cases of unstable angina pectoris (UAP);20 cases of hyperlipemia;24 cases of hyperlipemia SAP; 21 cases of hyperlipemia UAP) and 20 normal subjects. Results The result showed that there were significant changes in the patients compared with normal subjects ( P < 0.05). Conclusion The results suggeste that coronary heart disease (angina pectoris) and hyperlipemia might have a same pathogenesis of hypercoagulatble state.
