循环活化血小板的检测在脑梗死患者诊治中的临床应用

目的探讨脑梗死（c1）患者循环血小板的活化情况及其与脑梗死的关系。方法以纤维蛋白原受体（FIB-R）和P-选择素作为分子标志物，应用流式细胞术检测121例脑梗死患者急性发作期以及恢复期循环活化血小板膜表面FIB—R和P-选择素的改变，70名健康体检者作为对照。结果c1患者急性期较恢复期及对照组FBI—R表达有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。髓患者不同梗死面积各组织间表达差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论循环活化血小板与CI的发生、发展密切相关。FBI—R可作为反映cI患者循环活化血小板活化状态的一个敏感指标。动态检测CI患者FBI—R，一方面有助于患者病情轻重程度的判定，另一方面可以了解患者体内血小板的活化情况，及时调节抗血小板治疗，以便改善脑梗死的预后。

The clinical application of circulating activated platelet detection in cerebral infarction patients

Objective To explore the activation of circulating plateiet inpatients with cerebral infarction（CI） and its correlation with CI. Me.otis The fihrinogen receptor（FBI- R）and P- selectin were used as molecular marker of circulating plalelets, whiehwere analyzedby flow cytometry in 70 healthypersons and 121CI patients in acute and rehabinating period. Results The FB1 - R expression on circulating platelet of CI patients patients in dangerous period was significantly higher than that in steady perild and healthy persons（P 〈 0.01 ） .The FBI - R expression in three groups with different infarction areas significantly was different （P 〈 0.01）.The infarction area was larger,the FIB - R was higher. However, the P - selectin expression in groups showed no significant difference each other（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The activation of circulating plaelet has a close relationship with CI FIB - R may bi a sensitive molecular marker Of circulating activated platelet. It will help to evaluate the severe extent of CI and give an anti - platelet treatment as soon as possible to improve the prognosis of CI through monitoring the FIB - R of CI patients successively.
