摘    要:目的探讨脑梗死(c1)患者循环血小板的活化情况及其与脑梗死的关系。方法以纤维蛋白原受体(FIB-R)和P-选择素作为分子标志物,应用流式细胞术检测121例脑梗死患者急性发作期以及恢复期循环活化血小板膜表面FIB—R和P-选择素的改变,70名健康体检者作为对照。结果c1患者急性期较恢复期及对照组FBI—R表达有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。髓患者不同梗死面积各组织间表达差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论循环活化血小板与CI的发生、发展密切相关。FBI—R可作为反映cI患者循环活化血小板活化状态的一个敏感指标。动态检测CI患者FBI—R,一方面有助于患者病情轻重程度的判定,另一方面可以了解患者体内血小板的活化情况,及时调节抗血小板治疗,以便改善脑梗死的预后。

Abstract:Objective To explore the activation of circulating plateiet inpatients with cerebral infarction(CI) and its correlation with CI. Me.otis The fihrinogen receptor(FBI- R)and P- selectin were used as molecular marker of circulating plalelets, whiehwere analyzedby flow cytometry in 70 healthypersons and 121CI patients in acute and rehabinating period. Results The FB1 - R expression on circulating platelet of CI patients patients in dangerous period was significantly higher than that in steady perild and healthy persons(P 〈 0.01 ) .The FBI - R expression in three groups with different infarction areas significantly was different (P 〈 0.01).The infarction area was larger,the FIB - R was higher. However, the P - selectin expression in groups showed no significant difference each other( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion The activation of circulating plaelet has a close relationship with CI FIB - R may bi a sensitive molecular marker Of circulating activated platelet. It will help to evaluate the severe extent of CI and give an anti - platelet treatment as soon as possible to improve the prognosis of CI through monitoring the FIB - R of CI patients successively.
