下肢动脉64层螺旋CT血管成像技术的应用方法

目的探讨64层螺旋CT在下肢动脉病变的中应用价值。方法回顾性分析我院2011年9月—2012年7月收治的36例下肢动脉病变患者的临床资料,均行血管造影及及64层螺旋CT血管成像术检查,对64层螺旋CT成像术在下肢动脉病变中的应用价值进行评价。结果 36例患者CTA均清晰显示检查范围内动脉血管影像,图像分辨率较高,可显示各级主要分支血管,与DSA诊断结果进行比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 64层螺旋CT血管成像技术是一种可靠、快捷、无创的下肢血管检查方法,值得在临床推广。

Lower Extremity Arterial 64-slice Spiral CT Angiography Technology Applications

Objective To investigate the application value of 64-slice spiral CT in lower extremity arterial disease.Methods Give a retrospective analysis of clinical data of 36 patients with lower extremity arterial disease treated in our hospital from September,2011 to July,2012,undergo angiography and 64-slice CT angiography check,and evaluate application value of 64-slice CT imaging in lower extremity arterial disease.Results CTA of all 36 patients clearly show image of the artery within the scope of inspection.The pictures have a high image resolution and can display the main branch vessels at all levels.Its comparison with the DSA diagnostic results shows no significant difference and there is no statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion 64-slice spiral CT angiography is a reliable,fast,non-invasive method for lower extremity vascular examination,and it is worthy to be promoted in clinic.
