盐酸米诺环素治疗急性牙周脓肿的临床疗效观察

目的评价米诺环素辅助治疗急性牙周脓肿的临床效果。方法 55例急性牙周脓肿患者随机分为实验组和对照组。所有患牙经排脓引流,超声龈上龈下洁刮治并彻底冲洗后,28例实验组牙周袋内注入盐酸米诺环素软膏,27例对照组用碘甘油并连续上药3d,1周后观察疗效。结果治疗后1周派丽奥组和碘甘油组的有效率分别为92.86%及66.67%,差异有统计学意义。结论米诺环素局部使用辅助治疗急性牙周脓肿可提高临床疗效。

Clinical Evaluation Of local Administration of Minocycline For Acute Periodontal Abscess

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of local administration of minocycline in treatment of acute periodontal abscess. Methods and methods： Fifty-five patients were randomly allocated to either test or control groups in this single-blind randomized control trial. In all the patients, abscess incision and drainage operations were performed firstly, and then ultrasonic supragingival scaling and subgingival scaling and root planning were carried out. Pockets with acute periodontal abscess were irrigated with sterilized physiological saline and 3% hydrogen peroxide. In the test group, 2% minocycline hydrochloride ointment was applied once into the pocket in 28 subjects, and in the control group, iodine glycerol was administered in 27 subjects for three days in a row. Clinical parameters were evaluated postoperative one week. Results After 1 week of treatment, the success rates, 92.86% for the experimental group and 66.67% for the control, showed statistically significant difference between them. Conclusion Adjunctive application of locally delivered minocycline ointment can effectively improve the clinical symptoms for the treatment of acute periodontal abscess.
