补阳还五汤治疗老年患者骨折后肿胀及血栓的疗效观察

目的:探讨补阳还五汤对治疗老年患者骨折后肿胀及血栓的作用与意义。方法:以我院2009年1月～2012年1月间收治的中老年骨折患者130人为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,观察组在常规治疗基础上加用补阳还五汤,比较两组患者在治疗4周后的肿胀及血液流变学指标情况间的差异。结果:观察组患者肿胀发生率低于对照组,凝血时间及血液流变学指标优于对照组,其差异皆有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:补阳还五汤可以有效预防和控制老年患者骨折后肿胀及血栓情况。

Clinical study on the Buyang Huanwu decoction in the treatment of gerontal patients with fracture caused by swelling and thrombus

Objective： To explore the effect of the Buyang Huanwu decoction. Methods： 130 cases ofgerontal patients with fracture caused by swelling and thrombus collected from January in 2009 to January in 2012 were randomly divided into two groups, 65 cases in each group. The treatment group was given the Buyang Huanwu decoction besides conventional therapy. The swelling degree and the level of hemorheology of the two groups were compared after 4 weeks＇ treatment. Results： The incidence rate of the treatment group was lower than the control group, while the clotting time and haemorheological indexes of the treatment group were better, all with significant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Buyang Huanwu decoction could effectively prevent and regulate the swelling and thrombus situation.
