2012年湘西地区金黄色葡萄球菌药敏监测与分析

目的:方法:采用法国生物梅里埃公司VITEK-2革兰阳性细菌药敏卡(AST-GP)对297株金黄色葡萄球菌进行药敏分析,药敏卡同时用头孢西丁MIC法筛选检测耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)及检测诱导性克林霉素耐药试验。结果:297株金黄色葡萄球菌对青霉素、红霉素、克林霉素、四环素等耐药严重,对喹奴普汀/达福普汀、利福平、呋喃妥因等耐药相对较轻,对万古霉素、利耐唑胺、替加环素100%敏感;MRSA的检出率47.4%;诱导性克林霉素耐药试验阳性率为14.1%。结论:金黄色葡萄球菌造成医院感染主要病原菌之一。近年随着耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)增加,使院内感染发病率和死亡率明显增加,临床医生在治疗金黄色葡萄球菌引起感染过程中,应根据药敏试验选用适宜的抗生素。

Susceptibility monitoring and analysis of staphylococcus aureus in 2012 in Xiangxi area

Objective To understand the resistance of Staphylococcus aureus to antibiotics in Xiangxi area,and to provide the basis for clinical medication.Method We did drug sensitivity analysis of 297 strains of Staphylococcus aureus by using Bio-Merieux VITEK-2 gram positive bacteria card(AST-GP),we did drug sensitive card and screening for detection of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus by cefoxitin MIC method(MRSA) and the detection of inducible clindamycin resistance test.Results 297 strains of Staphylococcus aureus were resistant to penicillin,erythromycin,clindamycin,tetracycline seriously,and resistant to quinolones,Leptin/leptin,Dafoe,rifampicin,nitrofurantoin relatively light,To vancomycin,lee-resistant temozolomide,tigecycline,it was 100% sensitive;The positive rate of MRSA was 47.4%;The positive rate of induced clindamycin resistance test was 14.1%.Conclusion Staphylococcus aureus was one of the main pathogenic bacteria in nosocomial infection.In recent years,as methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA) increases,the morbidity and mortality of nosocomial infection significantly increased.Clinicians should select appropriate antibiotics based on the susceptibility testing in the process of treating Staphylococcus aureus infection.
