沙美特罗氟替卡松吸入剂与布地奈德吸入剂对慢性中度持续支气管哮喘肺功能影响的对照研究

目的:探讨沙美特罗氟替卡松与布地奈德对慢性中度持续支气管哮喘患者的肺功能的影响。方法:将54例慢性中度持续哮喘患者随机分为对照组、沙美特罗氟替卡松组及布地奈德组,每组18例。对照组患者接受沙丁胺醇吸入,沙美特罗氟替卡松组患者给予沙美特罗氟替卡松吸入,布地奈德组患者给予布地奈德吸入。3个月后比较每组治疗前后肺功能变化及治疗后肺功能改善率。结果:沙美特罗氟替卡松组及布地奈德组治疗前后肺功能有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组治疗前后肺功能无改善,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与对照组比较,沙美特罗氟替卡松组及布地奈德组治疗后肺功能改善率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);与布地奈德组比较,沙美特罗氟替卡松组治疗后肺功能改善率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:沙美特罗氟替卡松与布地奈德对慢性中度持续支气管哮喘患者的肺功能均有改善作用,但沙美特罗氟替卡松效果更佳。

Comparative study of salmeterol fluticasone inhaler and budesonide inhaler to the lung function of patients who with chronic moderate bronchial asthma

Objective To investigate the impact of lung function in patients with chronic moderate bronchial asthma that salmeterol fluticasone and budesonide.play.Method 54 patients with chronic moderate asthma were randomly divided into control group,salmeterol fluticasone,and budesonide group,18 cases in each group.Control group patients received salbutamol inhalation,salmeterol fluticasone group patients received salmeterol fluticasone,inhaled budesonide patients received budesonide inhalation.After 3 months,we compared lung function changes and recovery rate of lung function in each group before and after treatment.Results Pulmonary function of salmeterol fluticasone group and budesonide group significantly improved after the treatment(P<0.05);The lung function of control group showed no improvement after treatment(P>0.05);Compared with control group,lung function of salmeterol fluticasone group and budesonide was statistically significant(P<0.01) after treatment;Compared with budesonide group,lung function of salmeterol fluticasone group was statistically significant(P<0.05) after treatment.Conclusion Salmeterol fluticasone and budesonide for chronic moderate continuous improve pulmonary function in patients with bronchial asthma,but salmeterol fluticasone effect is better.
