护理干预对预防老年髋部骨折患者术后深静脉血栓形成的影响

目的探讨护理干预对预防老年髋部骨折患者术后深静脉血栓形成的影响。方法选取我院2012年1月-2013年3月收治的98例老年髋部骨折患者,按照随机数字分组法将98例患者分为护理干预组和对照组各49例,对照组采用传统骨科护理方法,护理干预组在常规护理组的基础上予以系统护理干预。结果干预组DVT发生率为4.1%,显著低于对照组的26.5%,两组比较(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。干预组患者在疾病知识知晓、健康信念形成、健康行为执行方面显著优于对照组,两组比较(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。干预组平均住院时间显著短于对照组,差异亦具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加强对老年髋部骨折患者进行围术期护理干预,有利于预防下肢深静脉血栓的形成,提升患者生活质量。

Nursing Intervention on Prevention of Elderly hip Fracture Patients with Deep Vein Thrombosis

Objective To investigate the nursing intervention for prevention of hip fracture in elderly patients with deep vein thrombosis. Methods Our hospital in January 2012, admitted in March 2013, 98 cases of elderly patients with hip fracture, 98 cases were divided into random digit grouping method nursing intervention and control groups each of 49 patients in the control group were treated with traditional orthopedic nursing care intervention group be nursing intervention on the basis of the usual care group. Results The intervention group the incidence of DVT was 4.1%, significantly lower than the 26.5% of the control group, the two groups （P〈0.05）, a statistically significant difference. Intervention group patients with known disease knowledge, health beliefs formed the health behaviors perform significantly better than the control group, the two groups （P〈0.05）, a statistically significant difference. Intervention group, the average hospital stay was significantly shorter than the control group, the difference was also statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Strengthen perioperative nursing intervention on elderly hip fracture patients, is conducive to the prevention of deep vein thrombosis formation, enhance the quality of life of patients.
