| 摘 要： | 目的:评价股动脉穿刺所致假性动脉瘤的治疗效果。方法:选取12例假性动脉瘤患者,其中男5例,女7例,年龄63～75岁,平均70岁;其中10例经超声引导下局部压迫,1例经瘤体内局部注射凝血酶,1例经外科施行血肿清除及血管修补术。结果:在不同治疗方法治疗后均达到临床治愈。结论:股动脉穿刺所致假性动脉瘤经超声引导下局部压迫、瘤体内注射凝血酶治疗安全、有效。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the therapeutic effect of pseudoaneurysm complicaed by femoral artery catheterization.Method We selected 12 cases of patients with pseudoaneruysm 5 were males and were females.The age was between 63 and 75,mean age was 70.Among 10 cases of patients with pseudoaneurysm,8 patients treated by ultrasound-guided compression repair,1 patient treated by ultrasound-guided thrombin injection,1patient took direct surgery(hematoma evacuation and vascular repair).Results Clinical cure was achieved in all these cases.Conclusion It is safety and efficacy for ultrasound-guided compression repair and thrombin injection in pseudoaneurysms complicaed by femoral artery catheterization. |
