摘    要:目的阐述以《临床药理学》教材建设为基础,探讨临床药理学教学改革的模式和经验。方法对郑州大学临床药理研究所《临床药理学》教材20余年建设历程进行回顾,对教材内容的演进及教材应用的经验加以分析,论证在教材建设的基础上实施教学改革的方法,探讨新的教学环境下提高本科生培养质量的教学新模式。结果该校《临床药理学》教材经过20余年的建设,从最初的教材自编自用发展成为国家十一五规划教材的主编单位,探索出了一条适合我国临床药理学教学特点的教材建设模式,并拓展了学生知识视野并增强了综合能力。结论加强临床药理学教材建设是深化教学改革的基础。

Based on the Construction of Text Book of Clinical Pharmacology to the Education Reform

Abstract:Objective To elaborate the reforming models and experiences of traditional clinical pharmacology in facing new teaching challenges.Methods We reviewed the historical evolution of the teaching material edited by us and discussed the new reforming means based on the construction of text book.Results After construction of textbook for over 20 years,our school had grown to editor-in-chief of the "Eleventh Five Year Plan"official textbook from editor of textbook self-using.The model was recognized and suitable for teaching character of clinical pharmacology.Teaching materials should be advanced with the times and combined with the teaching mode reforming.Extra-curricular research is helpful to expand the horizons of knowledge and enhance the capacity of students.Conclusion Strengthen the clinical pharmacology textbook construction is the basis of deepening education reform.
