大剂量20%吡拉西坦在颅内肿瘤术后颅内高压患者中的应用及效果

目的:探讨大剂量20%吡拉西坦在颅内肿瘤术后颅内高压患者中应用及效果。方法:选取在神经外科住院治疗的120例颅内肿瘤术后颅内高压的患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予20%的甘露醇进行治疗,观察组给予20%的吡拉西坦治疗,其他治疗措施相同,比较两组患者治疗疗效及不良反应情况。结果:观察组患者总有效率为96.7%,与对照组83.3%相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者在治疗期间发生的不良反应相比,观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:20%的吡拉西坦在颅内肿瘤手术后颅内高压患者中临床疗效确切且安全可靠,不良反应少。

Application and effect of large dose of 20% pyrazole raschig in postoperative intracranial pressure in patients with intracranial tumor

Objective To study the application and effect of large dose of 20% pyrazole raschig temple in postoperative intracranial pressure in patients with intracranial tumor.Method 120 cases of patients with postoperative intracranial pressur with intracraial tumor hospitalized from December 2009 to December 2012 in the neuro surgery hospital were randowly divided into operation group and control group.Control group was given 20% mannitol treatment and observation group was given 20% of pyrazole rasching trecotment,and other treatments were the same,and then compared curative effect nd adverse reaction of these two groups.Results The total effective rate of observition group was 96.7%,and of the control group was 83.3% then the differences were statistically significant.(P<0.05) Compraing the adverse reaction the observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion 20% of pyrazole raschig temple in intracranial tumor surgery of intracranial pressure in patients with clinical curative was effect,safe and reliable,and had less adverse reaction.
