| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨中西医结合治疗病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效。方法:将诊断为病毒性心肌炎的60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,对照组采用常规西医治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上加服自拟参芪复心饮,4周后统计疗效。观察比较总有效率、症状、心电图改善情况的差异。结果:治疗组总有效率为86.67%,对照组总有效率为73.33%,治疗组的总有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组在症状、心电图、心肌酶等方面的改善程度明显优于对照组,差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗病毒性心肌炎有较好临床疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect on viral myocarditis by integrated treatment of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) and western medicine(WM).Method 60 cases of viral myocarditis were randomly divided into the treating group(30 cases) and the control group(30 cases).The control group was treated by routine WM treatment whereas the treating group was added with Shenqi Fuxin Decoction.Effects were observed after four weeks′ treatment on the total effective rate,symptoms and dynamic electrocardiogram(DCG).Results The total effective rate was 86.67% in the treating group,significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the improvement of symptoms and DCG was significant in the treating group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated treatment of TCM and WM has good clinical effect on viral myocarditis and is better than pure WM treatment. |
