电话回访在外科出院患者护理中的体会

目的:探讨电话回访在外科出院患者护理中的应用和效果。方法:对出院的546例患者进行出院电话回访,包括伤口护理指导、饮食指导、心理护理指导和康复功能训练等,观察回访前后的效果。结果:实施电话回访后,患者的伤口护理情况、饮食知识掌握、按时复诊和化疗、康复功能训练掌握以及对护理服务的满意度明显改善,前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对出院患者进行电话回访服务可明显增加护患间的主动性和患者的自我护理能力,提高患者的满意度,值得推广。

Experience of telephone interviews in the nursing of surgical discharged patients

Objective To investigate the application and effect of telephone interviews in the nursing of surgical discharged patients.Method 546 discharged patients in our hospital from Jan 2011 to Jan 2013 were selected and interviewed by telephone.The telephone interview contained wound care guidance,dietary guidance,psychological care and rehabilitation training guidance.The effects were observed.Results After telephone interviews,the wound care,dietary,psychological and rehabilitation training situations were all improved.The differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Telephone interviews in the nursing of surgical discharged patients can significantly improve the initiative and self-care of patients and increase satisfaction.It is worth for generalization.
