颈痛消丸治疗神经根型颈椎病临床疗效观察

目的:观察颈痛消丸治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:65例病例均为我院门诊和住院患者,均采用颈痛消丸治疗,所有患者均于治疗前后体检及X线摄片检查,观察颈项疼痛、颈部压痛、肢体麻木、颈项活动情况,做椎间孔挤压试验及臂丛神经牵拉试验。结果:65例患者中,显效24例,有效39例,无效2例,总有效率为96.92%。治疗后症状、体征积分与治疗前比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:颈痛消丸治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效显著,值得在临床上推广应用。

Effect observation of Jingtongxiao Pill on vertebra disease of nerve-root type

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Jingtongxiao pill on vertebra disease of never-rood type.Methods:65 cases of the out-patient and in-patient in our hospital were treated by the Jingtongxiao Pills.Patients were recommended to take somatoscopy and xeroradiography before the treatment,and the cervicodynia,cervical underness limb numbness and cervical activities were observed by the examination of spurling test and eaten test.Results:24 cases of them presented significant effectiveness,39 effective and 2 no effect,with the 86.92%of the total effectiveness.Compared with the non-treatment group,the difference in the accumulated scores was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jingtongxiao Pills exert significant clinical effect on vertebra disease of nerve-root type and worth to be spread in the clinic.
