下肢血管疾病与血液流变学的相关性研究

目的　研究血管病的发病机制。方法　收集 5 0例下肢血管病患者的血液标本 ,采用血液流变学电脑分析仪等设备 ,分析血液粘稠度和凝固性的变化 ,并与 10 2例健康人的血液标本进行比较。结果　下肢血管病患者的血液粘稠度显著高于正常人 (P <0 .0 1) ,静脉血栓形成患者的血液粘稠度与临床症状呈正相关。结论　血液的高粘、高凝状态可导致下肢微循环障碍 ,是引起血管病的主要因素之一

The Correlative Analysis of Hemorrheology and Lower Limb Vascular Disease

Objective To study the pathogesis of lower limb angiopathy. Methods To analysis the change of blood viscidity and coagulation in angiopathy,50 cases of blood sample coming from the patients and 102 cases of blood sample coming from healthy persons were collected, the relevant data was compared by hemorrheology compute analytical instrument. Results The patients' blood viscidity is clearly higher than the normal persons( P <0.01),and it have a direct relevance with clinical symptom. There is a high inopexia in the blood of patients with phlebothrombosis. Conclusion An important fact that cause angiopathy is the blood's state of high viscidity and high solidify, which can cause microcirculatory obstacle under limbs.
