| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨不同时期复发性流产(RSA)与抗心磷脂抗体(ACAb)的关系及治疗。方法:对几年来相关文献进行收集、整理、综合、分析,分别从ACAb导致流产的机制、ACAb阳性血液动力学特点及中西医结合治疗等几方面进行阐述。结论:ACAb与RSA关系密切,中西医结合治疗有一定疗效。
