摘    要:目的:考察穿心莲与绵茵陈配伍后对穿心莲内酯和脱水穿心莲内酯含量变化的影响.方法:采用RP-HPLC,Innersil ODS-3色谱柱(4.6 mm×250mm,5.0μm),流动相乙腈-水梯度洗脱,流速1.2 mL· min-1,波长检测程序(0~10 min,225 nm;10~20 min,254 nm),柱温35℃.结果:穿心莲内酯和脱水穿心莲内酯质量浓度分别在19.66~314.6(r=0.9995),4.32 ~69.12 g·L-1(r =0.999 5)与峰面积呈良好线性关系,平均加样回收率分别为99.7%,99.9%,RSD均<2.3%.结论:穿心莲与绵茵陈配伍后水煎液中2种内酯类成分含量显著增加.
