摘    要:目的:利用电导法在线监测栀子提取液大孔树脂柱分离工艺.方法:利用电导计测定通过大孔树脂柱洗脱后流出成分的电导率变化,并考察其与去乙酰基车叶草苷酸甲酯、京尼平-1β-D龙胆双糖苷、栀子苷3个成分变化的相关性.结果:电导率先下降,之后随栀子等成分的被洗脱又明显升高,呈较好的相关性.结论:电导法可用于监测栀子提取物的大孔树脂分离工艺.
