| 摘 要： | 目的:观察电针结合药物治疗突发性耳聋的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为2组各30例。对照组采用低分子右旋糖酐、ATP、辅酶A、尼莫地平片、金施尔康治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上结合电针治疗。观察临床疗效及听阈水平变化。结果:临床疗效总有效率治疗组为90.0%,对照组为60.0%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P0.05)。治疗后2组听阈均较治疗前明显下降,差异均有显著性意义(P0.05);治疗后2组听阈水平比较,差异有显著性意义(P0.05)。提示治疗组听力改善优于对照组。结论:电针结合药物治疗突发性耳聋的临床疗效较满意,值得临床推广。
