| 摘 要： | 目的 对36例主动脉夹层临床分析，提高对其的认识，减少误诊和漏治，提高治愈率。方法 对我科收治的36例主动脉夹层患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 首诊误诊21例，CT确诊率95．8％。伴高血压者29例，内科治疗33例，治愈27例，死亡5例。结论 主动脉夹层与高血压明显相关，误诊率高，疼痛是最常见的首发表现，最后确诊主要依靠影像学检查。

| Abstract: | Objectives To improve the understanding of aortic dissection(AD) by analyzing 36 cases, so as to reduce the misdiagnosis and the missed diagnosis, improve the cure rate. Methods 36 cases patients of AD were analyzed retrospectively. Results In all 36 patients with AD (male: 26 cases, female: 10cases), 86.1% of them complicated with hypertension, 88.9% of them felt pain. 21 patients were misdiagnosed at the first. The accuracy of CT in diagnosing AD was 95.8%. 33 patients were treated with medicine, 27 patients were cured, 5 patients died. Conclusions AD is correlated with hypertension strongly. Misdiagnosed rate of AD is high. Pain is the first symptom of AD usually. The confirmed diagnosis of AD is depended on medical imaging diagnosis. |
