摘    要:目的分析超声诊断乳腺肿块误诊原因,以提高超声诊断乳腺癌的准确性。方法对照手术病理回顾性分析203例经超声检查的乳腺肿块中38例误诊病例。结果乳腺恶性肿块超声误诊良性病变主要原因是肿块的边界,形态和后方回声方面与良性肿块间交叉重叠;超声误诊为恶性肿块者其病理结果往往不是单一的良性病变,声像图错综复杂,乳腺导管内癌超声易漏诊。结论超声诊断乳腺癌具有较高的准确性,掌握正确的检查方法、合理的调节仪器和分析声像图,有助于减少误诊的发生。但部分病例仍难区别,需进一步结合超声新技术和其他检查综合判断。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the reasons of misdiagnosed breast tumors on uhrasonograply in order to increase the diagnostic accuracy. Methods We retrospectively analyzed 38 of 203 misdiagnosed breast tumors cases confirmed by pathology. Results The main reasons that some breast malignant tumors misdiagnosed as benign ones were the overlapping of tumors bounder, shape and posterior echogenicity. Those misdiagnosed were not pure benign tumors pathologically, which caused complex images and misdiagnosis. And intraductal carcinomas of mammary gland were easily misdiagnosed by uhrasonography. Conclusion Diagnosis of breast tumors with ultrasonography is quite accurate. The chances of misdiagnosis will be reduced by correct methods, appropriate adjustment of the instrument and reasonable analysis of the images. As to some complex cases, new technigues of uhrasonogrply and other imagings are needed to improve the diagnostic rate.
