多原发大肠癌临床分析

目的探讨多原发大肠癌的诊治方法和临床特征。方法对2000￣2006年期间我院多原发大肠癌9例进行回顾性分析。结果多原发大肠癌占同期大肠癌的1.5%,其中异时癌为1.0%,同时癌为0.5%,9例中行根治性手术7例,姑息性手术1例,探查术1例。结论术前、术中全面检查,术后定期复查,积极手术治疗可以提高多原发大肠癌的确诊率和生存率。

Clinical analysis of the multiple primary colorectal carcinoma

Objective To explore the clinical characters, diagnosis and treatment of the multiple primary carcinoma.Methods To analysis retrospectively the clinical data of 9 patients with multiple primary carcinoma from 2000 to 2006. Results The patients with multiple primary carcinoma account for 1.5% of the carcinoma of colon in the corresponding period,among this 9 cases there were 3 cases with synchronous carcinoma and 6 cases metachronous carcinoma and there were 7 cases received radical surgery therapy,1 case palliative surgery and 1 case exploration.Conclusion It can improve the final diagnosis and survival rates of the patients with multiple primary carcinoma to have operation positively, to examine overall before and in the operation and to recheck regular after operation.
