| 摘 要： | 原发性高血压是一种遗传与环境因素相互作用,具有很强遗传异质性的疾病。近年来利用家系或同胞对,采用基因组扫描研究候选基因策略非常活跃。迄今已筛选出了数百余种原发性高血压的可能相关基因。本文从人体血压、生理、生化,代谢相关的途径分类介绍与血压调节相关的几十个候选基因的研究进展。

| Abstract: | Essential hypertension is a complex disorder having high genetic heterogeneity,which is the result of interaction between nature and nurture. The research of candidate gene by scanning genome of family and sibling pair is very attractive. About hundreds of genes related to essential hypertension had been selected till now. This article reviews the progresses about dozens of genes related to blood pressure modulation from many aspects including blood pressure, physiology, biochemistry and the classification of pathways related to metabolism. |
