摘    要:目的:研究氮酮对复方雷公藤贴片中阿魏酸体外透皮吸收的影响。方法:以大鼠腹部剑突以下皮肤为实验屏障,观察氮酮浓度(体积比)分别为0、0 .5 %、1%、2 %时阿魏酸透皮吸收速率常数。结果:氮酮可以促进阿魏酸的透皮吸收。结论:在实验浓度范围内,氮酮浓度为1%时有最大吸收。

Abstract:Objective To study the effects of azone of diffe rent concentration in TDD on th e transdermal absorption of ferric acid (FA). Methods The skin of the abdomen o f rats below the ribs was used as experimental barrier to study the transdermal absorption constant of FA under azone with different concentration of 0, 0.5%, 1 % or 2%. Results Azone can accelerate the transdermal absorption of FA. Conclusion Within the above-mentioned concentration range i n vitro, 1% of azone exhibits the maximal absorption.
