| Abstract: | Growth factors have such functions as promoting proliferation of cells,rehabilitation and regeneration of tissues and organs,which has become one of the three m ajor studies on tissue engineering.The article introduced some m ajor functions and recently experimental progress of some important growth factors in tissue engineering studies and applications.The article also pointed out the problem s in clinical application in present,and the direction in the future. |
