| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the changes of serum myocardial enzyme levels in officers and soldiers under military stress.Methods Automatic biochemical analyzer was used to determine serum myocardial enzyme levels of 100 soldiers before and after military maneuvers.Results Serum creatine kinase（CK） and CK-MB levels after maneuver were significantly higher than those before maneuver（P0.01）.There were no significant differences in serum lactate dehydrogenase（LDH）,aspartate aminotransferase（AST） and α-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase（α-HBD） before and after maneuver（P 0.05）.Conclusion Under military stress,levels of serum CK and CK-MB may change significantly,which provides references for improvement of stress adaptation for officers and soldiers,and prevention against stress abnormality. |
