| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the treatment and effect of Hangman fracture.Methods 19 patients underwent anterior surgical treatment or posterior surgical treatment during January 2005 and December 2010 in our hospital.Results All patient were followed up for 6-36 months.The nervous function was evaluated by ASIA score.All patients had neurological disorder before surgery,but improved to E and were well reconstructed in the hight of interbody,physiological curve and the stability of cervical vertebra.There was no ru... |
