| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨护理干预对产后乳房胀痛、硬度及泌乳量的影响.方法 选择我院正常足月顺产初产妇60例,将其随机分为试验组和对照组,每组30例.试验组予护理干预措施,即哺乳前进行乳房热敷、按摩,哺乳后挤奶;对照组予产科乳房常规护理.观察两组产后1周乳房疼痛程度、硬度及泌乳量变化情况并进行比较.结果 产后1周,试验组乳房疼痛程度较...
