| 摘 要： | 目的 观察背带裤固定法应用于小儿腰椎穿刺时的效果.方法 将我院74例需进行腰椎穿刺术的患儿随机分成试验组和对照组两组,试验组36例,对照组38例.试验组采用我科自行设计的背带裤固定法进行固定,对照组采用旧床单固定法进行固定,观察并比较两组腰椎穿刺固定效果及穿刺时间、次数.结果 试验组穿刺成功率、舒适度及患儿、家长、医师满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);试验组腰椎穿刺时间和次数均少于对照组,差异亦有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 儿童行腰椎穿刺术时采用背带裤固定法能提高腰椎穿刺成功率,且操作简单、方便,可代替传统旧床单固定法.
