肺肉瘤样癌的诊治分析并文献复习

目的 探讨肺肉瘤样癌的临床特点及诊断、治疗措施.方法 结合相关文献回顾性分析我院收治的2例肺肉瘤样癌的临床资料.结果 例1因咳嗽、痰中带血2个月入院,例2因发现肺占位病变10 d入院.2例均行外科手术治疗,术后病理检查诊断为肺肉瘤样癌.例1术后3周开始化疗,共化疗4个周期,术后5个月复查胸部CT发现局部复发及肾脏转移.例2术后要求出院,后失访.结论 肺肉瘤样癌是一种罕见疾病,多发于老年男性,诊断主要依靠术后病理检查,预后差,早期容易出现复发、转移,应引起临床高度重视.
