| 摘 要： | 目的提高隐性乳腺癌的诊断率。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的10例临床＂隐性＂乳腺癌的钼靶征象。结果10例中,2例为小叶原位癌,5例为导管原位癌,3例为浸润性导管癌。结论乳腺CR钼靶对临床＂隐性＂乳腺癌的诊断有重要价值。

| Abstract: | Objective: To improve the diagnosis rate of occult breast cancer. Methods: Mammographies of 10 cases of breast cancer confirmed by surgery and pathology were retrospective analyzed. Results: In 10 cases,there were 2 cases with lobular carcinoma in situ,five cases with ductal carcinoma in situ and three cases with infiltrating ductal carcinoma. Conclusion: CR mammography has an important value in diagnosis of clinical hidden breast cancer. |
